Foreaider Technology 11/18~20 Taipei International Care Technology Application Exhibition Highlights

Foreaider Technology, which has long been committed to solving care pain points, will share its solutions at the Taipei International Care Technology Application Exhibition (Booth: B0920) from November 18 to 20 and the Taiwan Medical Technology Show (Booth: L818) from December 2 to 5. In addition to critical and long-term care, the elderly and infants are also treasures who need to be cared for at home. Through the Foreaider-Z smart sensing pad, FuRen Technology can easily establish a non-verbal communication bridge between the elderly or infants and the caregivers. Without changing the original environment, we provide caregivers with an auxiliary product that does not require special learning and is convenient and safe. FuRen Technology will also continue to explore overseas markets in the long-term care field, and plans to cooperate in product development and the U.S. market in 2022 with Boxin Medical Electronics, a National Innovation Award winner with cutting-edge medical electronics and automation technologies.

Lack of manpower at night is often a major problem in the operation of care institutions. Events such as bedside falls, temporary physical discomfort and even persistent records of certain symptoms cannot be properly managed with the existing human resources of the institutions. Taking bedside falls as an example, under the principle of sleeping without restraints, the average proportion of people who have experienced falls is more than 1/3. A fall may increase care costs by an average of more than 200,000 yuan per person per year. In addition, detailed symptoms such as nighttime discomfort and aspiration pneumonia that require continuous recording are issues that cannot be properly addressed by the current ward rounds and shift handover mechanism. FuRen Technology uses advantage sensing technology and AI analysis to deliver appropriate care information to caregivers, enabling non-verbal communication during the care process, thereby facilitating a better and more efficient care assistance experience.

FuRen Technology will continue to explore overseas markets in the long-term care field, and plans to cooperate in product development and the U.S. market in 2022 with Boxin Medical Electronics, a National Innovation Award winner with cutting-edge medical electronics and automation technologies. In addition to the long-term care field, FuRen Technology also applied "physiological micro-motion sensing technology" to the field of infant care during the epidemic. Under the guidance of the Industrial Development Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and the "Internet of Things Chip Integration Service Project (IisC)" implemented by the Industrial Technology Research Institute's Electro-Optical Systems, it jointly developed an "Infant Activity Monitoring Pad" for infant care. In addition to the original features such as under-mattress sensing and plug-and-play, its planning team assists in optimizing product projects such as dedicated antenna design and power IC management introduction to create a better and safer infant care environment. With the recommendation of the New Taipei City Daycare Association and the introduction of IisC technology, FuRen Technology is conducting field verification at the daycare center attached to the Legislative Yuan to collect relevant data and add value to functional applications. In addition, the product is currently planning clinical validation cooperation with medical center-level hospitals and promotion in overseas markets including Japan and Hong Kong.
